Naked In Ashes : A Documentary Film About Indian Yogis
"Naked in Ashes" is a documentary film about the Yogis of India and their mystical way of life.
In India, there are an estimated 13 million yogis who follow a path of devotion and self-sacrifice. They live on the fringes of society and practice solitude and meditation. In this beautifully photographed documentary, Paula Fouce interviews nearly twenty of these holy men — the only woman is an English speaking German who lives a simple life in her guru's special place.
There are many paths to God in Hinduism, and after watching this documentary we realize how these yogis connect with many elements in Western spirituality. There is an emphasis on the body as a spiritual vessel that can become attuned through yoga. Death cannot be avoided: it is a helpful daily practice to confront the impermanence of all things. Since we come to earth with nothing and leave with nothing, it is helpful to live a simple life and to travel lightly. Solitude, meditation and saying a mantra are practices that bring us closer to contentment. When we give food to someone in need, it is helpful to think that we have given God something to eat. In other words, all charity is part of our devotional activity.
The final segment of Naked in Ashes centers on the Kumbh Mela festival in Ujjain, India, which is held every twelfth year. Here many of the yogis are overtaken with joy as they take off all their clothes and bathe in the river Ganges.

Channelling
Many people are searching at this time, for what they call the truth. They are seeking guidance in this arena from “higher” being on other dimensions. Throughout the ages man have been impressed by intimations of presences manifesting themselves through chosen channels: Shamans, mediums, clairvoyants. Many mediums claimed to transmit advice given by spirits of the deceased. Everyone has a Higher Self that exists simultaneously o this dimension, as well as all others. The possibilities for life are limitless, and the Great Spirit that you are wants to experience all the possibilities.
When does it happen? The phenomenon may also present itself when people come together with a common objective. It seems that their minds fuse, creating a common field. In it a presence may manifest itself in such a strong manner that is it not recognised anymore as being part of the participants.
You always have contact with you Higher Self, but it comes through more clearly when you focus your intent upon bringing Spirit into your life. So the phenomenon of Channelling is really a simple concept: it is bringing in Spirit (not necessarily your own) and letting it communicate either to you or through you’re. Since your Higher Self is not limited by time or space, you can access the whole of your entire being, that is, your past, present, and future selves, as well as all aspects of it.
Your Spirit is really greater and much more vast than you can imagine because you are here on the physical plane, learning all about limitation, and don’t have the “bird’s eye view” that your multidimensional Self does. Here is a simple technique you can use to channel your Higher Self or Spirit. It is a very flexible method and you can always modify any of it to suit your own needs. Really anyone can do this.
Go somewhere that is quiet where you won’t be disturbed, and where you can sit comfortably with your feet flat on the floor or ground, and your eyes closed. It may be helpful to keep a pen and paper handy to write your experiences as they go along. If you like, you can have a helper with you who can guide you through the initial mediation and ask question of your Higher Self, and write your answers for you.
Grounding:
Take three deep breaths, letting you relax. Imagine your consciousness drifting down into the Earth, as you keep breathing slowly and deeply, and then your consciousness comes to rest somewhere inside the Earth, where you find a place with a certain mineral in it that you feel attracted to. See this mineral start to glow, becoming brighter with coloured light, whatever colour you like. Now see the light become a beam, and it is moving up now, all the way up until it enters the bottom of your right foot. Then become aware of your right foot, how it feels, and see the light begin to move up your right leg, and become aware of your right leg. Then, see the light continue to go up your right side, as you become aware of that area, then it enters your right hand, and continues up your right arm to the shoulder. Become fully aware of your whole right side, and see the light illuminating the whole right side of your body.
Now move the light cord over to your left shoulder, and become aware of that area. Now the light begins moving down your left arm, hand, fingers, and you feel it moving your left side, as you focus your awareness to your left side. Then that light cord moves down your left leg, into your left foot. Become fully aware of all sensations in the whole left side of your body. The light finally continues back down into the Earth, where it connects back to its source, completing the circuit. The light is continually in motion, moving up form the Earth up your right side as you continually in motion, moving up from the Earth up your right side as your breathe in, and circulating back down your left side and back to its source as your breathe out. Feel this energy revitalizing you as you breathe and relax.
Clearing: Now see a third energy cord come up out of the Earth, perhaps of another colour, and it enters your body at the base of your spine, the first chakra. See that chakra as wheel of light, which fills up with this new energy and begins to glow brightly, and starts to spin. As it does this, any negative energies, fears, or blockages begin to clear out. And you see it spinning in perfect alignment with the your spine as an axle. See the top of the first Chakra open up, and see the energy beam move up into the second chakra. Continue moving the beam up into each successive chakra, seeing each one clear out and start to spin, all the way up to the seventh chakra at the crown of you head. Then see the energy beam shoot up out of the top of your head. Showering your whole body with light, which surrounds and protect you from any unwanted energies.
Enter your Sanctuary. See you consciousness rise up along with the beam out through your crown chakra, and find a place for your consciousness to come to rest, anyplace that you like. First you see a doorway, and only you have the key to enter this place, your Sanctuary. Your sanctuary will only have the things in it that you allow. It can be in nature, a special room anther world, wherever you feel comfortable and safe. Now look around you. Off to the left, there is a fountain with a pool and crystal clear water. You go over to the fountain and peer into the pool. At first your reflection in the surface of the water is clear, but then you see the water begin to get wavy and from the center of the pool you see a magnificent being rise up out of the water, glowing in white light. It’s your Higher Self, greeting you with unconditional love and acceptance. You greet your Higher Self, and together you go to another part of your Sanctuary, where there is a place for you to put your mind into a soundproof container, where it will stay for the duration of the experience. Notice how you feel about your mind. Know that you are safe and protected, and with your mind put away, you will be able to more fully experience your Higher Self without any judgement. Feel yourself merge into your Higher Self. The energy there is wonderful.
Return to your body with your Higher Self: you and your Higher Self now leave your Sanctuary and find the bright beam of light that brought you here, and follow the beam back to your physical plane body, where you enter with your Higher Self through the crown chakra. Take a few deep breaths. Notice how you feel. When you feel ready, open your eyes. If you have a helper with you, now is the time to begin asking the questions you prepared for your Higher Self. If you have just written the questions down and have no one to help you, ask yourself the questions and just let yourself receive whatever thoughts, feelings, images, or other sensations come to you. Write down whatever it is that you get. Do not try to analyze now, there will be time for that later. Just let yourself flow with the experience. After each answer (what ever form that comes to you in) feels complete, go on the next question.
Here are a few example questions that may be helpful for your first time: What is my higher purpose for this year?
What blocks or fears do I have that would prevent for this year?
What blacks or fear do I have that would prevent me from attaining this?
What skills or attributes do I have to help me from attaining this?
What skills or attributes do I have to help me attain my goals?
What message of love compassion do you have that (your name) needs to hear at this time?
After the question feel complete, close your eyes one again, and take your Higher Self with you back to your Sanctuary. Let your Higher Self return to the magical fountain pool, knowing that it is there form you whenever you need it. Now go retrieve your mind, accepting it as a part of yourself. You may stay in your Sanctuary as long as you like, or return to it whenever you want, return to your body through the crown chakra. Your awareness returns to the room you are in and you feel refreshed and balanced. This technique I use the same technique for channelling other beings of the Light. It is very important when you channel that you stage your intent and who you are willing to let into your space, because you will be sharing your energy with them and you don’t want to do that with anyone who does not have your Highest interest at heart. This technique facilitates conscious channelling, that always have the choice when to stop. There is an element of surrender to more difficult to learn to channel until they have begun to deal with those fears of not being in control. If your desire for channelling is for your personal growth and healing, and you can learn to trust your Spirit to guide you, this technique can be learned very quickly and you will see results manifest in new ways you probably never imagined.

Building the Foundation for the Golden Age
If you were to talk to someone about spirituality at the beginning of the millennium, then that person may have looked at you strangely, but as the spiritual movement grows at an exceedingly fast pace, more and more people are opening up to the fact that we are much more than what our five sense can perceive.
You are capable of so much more!
Chances are, you know someone who has at least one psychic or metaphysical ability. We all have these abilities that lie innately within our genetic code. For example, it’s easy for some people to see an aura but most people either do not know how to train themselves to use this ability or aren’t aware that this ability exists.
In this video, I’ll teach you how to see your aura:
“Even if you are a minority of one, the truth is the truth.”
If you can talk candidly with a friend (or even an acquaintance) about spirituality or metaphysics, then most likely they’ll be able to relate something they’ve experienced along these lines. The problem is that some people are afraid to openly talk about these topics due to a fear of not being taken seriously, public ridicule or being laughed at. Fortunately, our perspective has changed drastically since the year 2000 as more people are seeking inner and outer truths. What they’re finding is that much of what we learned in school was either manipulated or partial truths and that we need to turn inwards for our own personal truths, which may vary from person to person. Like Gandhi stated, “Even if you are a minority of one, the truth is the truth.”
Empirical Data to Support the Hypothesis
Building the Foundation for the Golden AgeAccording to the Journal for Conflict resolution, it only takes the square root of 1% of the human population (approximately 9,000 of the 7 billion people on this planet) to change reality, the future and current war scenarios.
During a group meditation experiment validated by the peer review journal, Social Indicators Research, it was determined that the rate of violent crime during an eight week period in 1993 dropped 23% in Washington, D.C.
This particular study was authored by John Hagelin who stated that these meditation techniques “create a state of deep relaxation and coherence in the individual and simultaneously appear to produce an effect that spreads into the environment, influencing people who are not practicing the techniques and who have no knowledge of the experiments themselves.”
Lighting the Candle
Now, it’s becoming easier and more socially acceptable to talk about spiritual issues in public without fear of ridicule. We are becoming the spiritual majority. In time, those who do not expand their consciousness will become the minority, but they won’t have to experience the ridicule of the beliefs that they hold onto because the majority will understand that it’s impossible to enlighten anyone. All we can do is light the candle for someone and hope the flame is maintained.
The Transition and the Awakening Process
As the vibrations of our galaxy increase and intensify, most people will unknowingly gravitate toward this vibration, so it will be a relatively easy transition. Some will hold onto this current paradigm because of the fear of either losing what they have attained or the fear of losing control of those who have been subservient to their commands. The key word is fear and the releasing of this energy.
Laying the Groundwork for the Golden Age
Building the Foundation for the Golden AgeWe’re beginning a new age of enlightenment and ultimately, the light will win. The dark cabal is holding onto their reign as long as possible, yet they don’t realize how their plans always seem to backfire. When a world leader commits crimes against humanity, it only expedites the awakening process.
Those who have begun their spiritual journeys can attest to the awakening that’s going on right now. They’re unafraid of talking to anyone about spirituality and can easily segue into a metaphysical conversation with most people. It’s at this point where the current majority realize that they’re not alone in their thoughts and they begin to question “reality”. Soon, they will become the spiritual majority.
This is why we incarnated here at this specific point in time and space. We’re laying the groundwork for future generations to be able to fully immense themselves into the Golden Age. The transition could happen overnight, but it will most likely occur within the next 50 years or so.
For the people who are 30 years old or younger, you will definitely see the results of what’s happening today. Your children’s children will ask, “What Building the Foundation for the Golden Agewas it like to live on this planet during the transition into the Golden Age?” You’ll smile, fondly, and will remember how blessed you were to see how your obstacles became opportunities to spiritually grow into the person you have become. You’ll have peace of mind knowing that your children will never have to experience war, oppression and tyranny.
For those who are over 30, let it be known that your hard work and efforts are the cornerstones of this paradigm shift. You’ve helped to make this transition so much easier for the upcoming generations and you will be viewed as the renegades who dared to be different in a world of duality. You are the ones who will be seen as the “founding fathers” and “founding mothers’ of the Golden Age and your efforts will always be greatly appreciated for many, many generations!

What is a Soul Group?
Did you ever meet someone and felt as though you knew that person for a long time, even thought this was the first time you ever met? Did you ever have a connection with someone where you could finish their sentences or seemingly read their mind at will? Chances are, you’ve known these people many, many lifetimes and they are part of your soul group.
So what is a soul group? A soul group is a group of infinite beings of consciousness who help us learn life lessons. Many have been with us in previous incarnations and have spent the majority of time with us in the ethereal realms. While we’re on the “other side”, we make agreements with our soul groups to meet at some juncture in our Earth-bound lives (or any other place of incarnation, it doesn’t have to be Earth).
Before we are born
Before we are born, we choose the experiences that we desire to have in this incarnation and then make soul contracts with people who will help us along the way. We also choose which parents we will have and the type of lifestyle we will lead. You might be asking yourself, “Why did I choose THIS lifestyle?” Because you knew it would give you the best chance to learn so many life lessons and to grow spiritually. At birth, your personality, character, abilities, talents, strengths and weaknesses are already formed. Now, it’s just a matter of learning from your weaknesses and using your abilities to the utmost capacity.
In the near future, you will meet people at the most opportune times in your life, and not by coincidence. These people are part of your soul group who will help you with your life lessons.
As above, so below
Who you are has a lot to do with the day, date and time you incarnated here on Earth, due to the specific planetary alignments at the time of your birth. The alignment of specific planetary positions in the houses will tell you what specific type of destiny you have chosen for this incarnation. It can also tell you the origin of your lineage. You are really attuned to 2012. When you were born, you said, “I’m not coming unless I can find my soul group and the people that I need to connect with because my assignment is 2012.” It’s not that 2012 is gonna be the end of the world, nothing like that. This is about you bridging the gap of understanding with people. You’ve had seven different walk-ins attached themselves to you who’ve propelled you upward and onward. You made an agreement before you left the ship and yes, your ship is “Star of Bethlehem”. It is Pleiadian in origin and you have been on ship, many, many times. You are the galactic starseed battle crier of information. Thank goodness the internet came along when it did because now you can absolutely do something worthwhile and that is: have a website, a blog, a forum , connect with people like yourself .
You have 5 different soul groups that you have connected with at different times. You were in England, France, Italy, Atlantis and you were in the Native American culture. You have 5 different groups of these beings who are waiting for you to bring them the information they need. Why? They need to jump forward to their next place. A lot of them are asleep. A lot of them are awake. A lot of them are in the process of having their blood elevated and their DNA strands “upped”.
August 20th found you in a particular timing mechanism because they came, took you aboard ship and completely rewired you. They had to set up your boundaries for you because you just want to love and help everybody. You need boundaries, which will keep you safer, cleaner in spirit and will keep you on track to find your 5 different groups.
Your Higher Self
Our higher selves also play an interactive role in the arrangement and meeting between two or more souls. Consider the fact that your higher self is multidimensional and can communicate with other higher selves at any given time.
Don’t I Know You?
Did you ever look at someone and even though you never officially met them, you felt as if you’ve known this person? Chances are, this person is part of your soul group as well. The feeling that you’re experiencing is the remembrance of this relationship which is locked into your cellular memory. This is the point where both higher selves are in bliss and that feeling is relayed between these two people as familiarity or in simpler terms, “Do I know you from somewhere?”
The Wheel of Karma
Have you found yourself being attracted to a specific type of personality? While most of the time, this is a wonderful relationship, but some of the lessons we need to learn in this incarnation involve karma.

Twin Flames
Other relationships may involve seeking your twine flame, who may or may not be here in this incarnation. A twin flame is literally the other half of your soul that makes you whole, yet at the same time, each twin flame is a complete soul. They form a complete balance of the male and female energies. Your previous relationships were also soul contracts to help you prepare to be with your twin flame. When you meet your twin flame, you’ll know it immediately.
Some twin flames aren’t here in this incarnation. That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t get married or have children because your twin flame (in the ethereal realms) wants you to experience everything that can bring you joy and happiness in this incarnation, as well as to learn as many life lessons to help your spiritual growth. He or she is still part of your soul group but decided not to join you in this incarnation. Don’t take it personally! They’re still with you in heart and in spirit.

The Mayan long count calendar lasts 5,126 years and completes 5 full cycles which total 25,630 years. It’s not a coincidence that these two systems are nearly identical in representing the number of years in a complete cycle. Other indigenous cultures also have the same “end date” so it’s important to look deeper into the significance of what these end dates mean.
Energy Signatures
Just like the aura of a person, each age has its own energy signature along with an accompanying theme or lesson. The energy signature of Aquarius is one that promotes Divine Order, truthfulness and all that is in the best interests of humanity. This is why the current, worldwide political corruption will come to an end soon, so it’s important not to focus too much of your own energy on their issues, because that’s the only energy that’s feeding them at this point in time.
The Transitioning Process
In the near future, there will be a “New World order” but it won’t be called that, and it will work in the best interests of humanity. Time Frame
The transition is already happening at a remarkable pace. Unfortunately, this won’t happen overnight as the energies are still transitioning, but it will happen in our lifetime. The next 5-10 years will show a complete collapse of the monetary system which is not needed for a Type 1 civilization. We’ll also see a restructuring of “governments” in the next 10-20 years where global tribunal councils will replace the “term government” systems. Religion will also be converted to spirituality, as more and more people turn inwards for their answers and reconnect with the divine source that’s inherent in all of us.
Those of negative influence and thoughts will not be able to survive very long in this new energy system. 7 Signs You're An Empath
1. When in public, do you constantly feel overwhelmed with inexplicable emotions for which you can’t determine the reason?
Example. You drop by the mall one Saturday morning. You feel great. You get into the mall, walk past a crowd of people -- and start feeling a bit strangely. It can be anything; you can feel very down, very angry, very sad, very excitable. (The key word here is very.) And you won’t have any explanation for it, you'll just feel it. In other words, you’ve suddenly gone Bi-Polar without actually having the biological deficiency that causes it. And what’s worse, you can’t turn it off. You can carry on, trying to ignore it, but eventually it will be so overwhelming to the point you just want to go home and be alone. This is the reality of an Empath – one who hasn’t yet learned how to block other people’s emotions out. Being around other people is such a harrowing experience that most of them prefer to keep their own company, living the life of a hermit. And they usually find it very much worth it.
2. Do you experience other people's physical ailments?
This is most common with those you have an emotional connection with, but can occur with anyone. A very good example of this would be suddenly feeling very lethargic and fatigued for no reason, and having to remain in bed for a day or two. You’re not sick – not really. You’re not ill. Yet, you feel that you are. Profoundly. You later find out that your “illness” coincided with a lover or family member’s sudden fatigue (resulting from legitimate illness) even though they were in another country at the time and you had no idea until after the fact. Symptoms can also manifest in the form of chest pains, cramps, migraines, etc. You basically experience it all, without contracting the actual illness.
3. Do you feel overwhelmed when watching something horrible in real life or even on television?
This one sounds silly, but viewing the news or depressing commercials designed to induce sympathy and open wallets can debilitate an Empath for several hours. While most people get upset over homeless dogs and cats, an Empath will often feel like their hearts have been lanced. That’s a literal definition, by the way. It’s not something as shallow as sympathy or even ordinary empathy. It’s a feeling of guilt and moral empathy that cannot be easily assuaged. Crying is very common, and not just during that time of month when all the emotions are out of whack!
4. Do you ALWAYS know what someone really means?
In other words, can you always, always, always tell what it is someone meant to say to you? More importantly, can you tell why they didn’t? If an Empath is face to face with someone and has just been lied to -- they will know. And they will know why. They will know if the other person is trying to spare feelings; they will know if malice was involved. In other words, they will know the intent. You cannot lie in the face of an Empath and not be caught out. While they will not often be able to suss the specifics of what you’re hiding, they will know if you mean them well or not. No exceptions. This is more than good intuition and this isn’t a hunch; this is knowing.
5. Do you feel compelled to care for anyone in pain, no matter who they are and what they’ve done to you?
7 Signs You're An EmpathA true Empath cannot walk past someone suffering and not feel a need to stop and help that person. Homeless people can be particularly difficult, as they are everywhere and little can be done to help them unless the Empath has an occupation related to this. A true Empath feels compelled to go to anyone they feel pain from, be it angst or something physical. And a true Empath's compassion will usually be accepted on the spot: People in pain, regardless of how they might normally react to strangers, will receive an Empath with open arms. They know instinctively that their pain matters to them.
6. Do people open up to you – even if you don’t want them to?
Some Empaths are the new-agey peace-loving types who want to hold hands with everyone, but many just want to be alone because they have difficulty processing everything they absorb from other people. (This is usually because they have yet to realize their abilities and haven’t learned to deal with it yet.) For an Empath, however, putting on a grumpy face doesn't keep people they barely know from drawing near and seeking compassion and empathy from them. The ill, the suffering, the weak; they are all drawn to the unconditional understanding and compassion an Empath emits. And Empaths emit it whether they want to or not.That’s not to say Empaths can’t be mean and nasty people -- they surely can be. But those particular Empaths tend to be those with profound sensitivity who've broken down inside and have no other way of keeping other’s emotions at bay. Again, these are Empaths who don’t know of their abilities.
7. Can you heal?
Most Empaths have the ability to heal. Yes, that means physically. This isn’t about Reiki or any other alternative modality, though they may seem similar in concept. An Empath heals instinctively, usually by drawing the pain or ailment out and accepting it into their own bodies. For obvious reasons, this is not recommended for anyone who doesn’t know how to keep from becoming ill in the process. In today’s day and age, everyone seems to want to be psychic to some degree. That’s probably due our evolution of consciousness as human beings. Therefore, many people reading this will likely think themselves Empathic. I cannot stress the following enough: There is nothing fun about being an Empath. It’s often a very draining and miserable existence in which you feel like you have to be entirely alone in order to survive. It is not glamorous, it is not exciting and it is painful more often than not.
You're not crazy!
Being an Empath doesn't have to be so overwhelming, but this is not something most would aspire to so don't get upset if none of this rings true for you. Everyone's got "otherworldly talents" and you needn't be an Empath to excel in the realm of conscious endeavors. If you *are* an Empath, you will know this is you, you will not be saying “Hmm.. maybe… hmm…” If you feel (without hesitation!) these apply to you as I’ve just described, then also know there are ways of coping, and I’ll get into them in future articles. With a little self-awareness you can turn your curse into gift, especially when it comes to being able to ease the emotional and physical pain of others. Former U.S. military commander says elites hide from humanity knowledge and contact with many Extraterrestrials civilizations
Command Sergeant Major Robert Dean worked at NATO’s Supreme Headquarters from 1963-1967, and during this time was stationed in the Operations Center with a Cosmic Top Secret clearance. "He claims to have viewed a secret NATO study that was commissioned to analyze the threat posed by UFOs to NATO operations in Eastern Europe", reports Dr. Michael Salla, who is a scholarly researcher on Extraterrestrial life and Earthbound human political implications, in the article entitled "Extraterrestrials among Us", Exopolitics Journal, Vol 1:4 (October 2006): 284-300.

Lak'ech Ala k'in I am another yourself
In Mayan tradition, there is a greeting that many people working with Mayan wisdom know of. It is the law of In Lak'ech Ala K'in, which means I am another yourself (A modern day interpretation). It also means I am you, and you are me (A traditional Mayan interpretation). We have come to understand that this Mayan greeting is an honoring for each other. It is a statement of unity and oneness. In Lak'ech Ala K'in mirrors the same sediment of other beautiful greetings such as Namaste for East India, Wiracocha for the Inca, and Mitakuye Oyasin for the Lakota. It doesn't matter which culture you come from. But when one of these sacred greetings is given, there is always an action of placing the hands over the heart.
It is common knowledge these days that every action we take in our lives affects all living things. We understand that if we act negatively, our actions impact all life negatively. When we act positively, we affect all life in a positive manner. When we live the Mayan code of In Lak'ech Ala K'in, we know that every action we take is out of respect for all life, and we are living and giving from our hearts.
We can give our hearts in a positive manner every day by saying In Lak'ech Ala K'in to each other, to the trees, to the sky, to the birds, and to the stars. You can greet each sunrise by saying In Lak'ech Ala K'in. Each and every day we have together is sacred, so acknowledge this day by giving it your heart. Remember when you give in this way, you are also giving to yourself ! You are not giving your energy away to something separate from yourself. You are giving to another part of yourself !
I understand the challenges in staying positive in these days where the energy is so compressed that we can hardly breathe, but there is one simple exercise that can turn it all around for us. Each day, simply walk in gratefulness. We can say In Lak'ech Ala K'in to that which gives us life everyday, and that is the heart of the Great Spirit. Instead of solely taking from the Great Spirit by asking for insight and direction, give back your heart, love, and appreciation. You will be amazed at the results. If we open our hearts and send gratitude, it opens all doors that were previously closed to us. Remember you are a part of Great Spirit ! When you give to Great Spirit you are giving to yourself.
We can practice In Lak'ech Ala K'in tirelessly, because when and what we give to others is giving energy to ourselves. When we give, we receive. So how do we know if we giving right ? It is really simple. When we are energized by our giving, we know we are giving from our hearts and from the code of In Lak'ech Ala K'in. If we feel drained or exhausted, it is possible that we gave out of fear, lack, obligation, ego, or a need to be accepted or liked. The more one practices In Lak'ech Ala K'in, the clearer we will become about our motivations regarding our actions, and the more we will receive. Remember . . . what goes around comes around exactly the way it was sent out. If you don't like what life is sending to you, look at what you are sending out to life.
When we begin to live and practice In Lak'ech Ala K'in, a lot of our old ways of doing things will no longer work for us. For instance, we cannot act like victims anymore, and we cannot live out of fear either. We find ourselves no longer preparing for disaster; instead we anticipate a glorious future. It is time for us to rewrite the prophecies. They have become obsolete. The past will become just a bad dream, and the future will become a beautiful vision of which we will create right now.
When we practice In Lak'ech Ala K'in, we quit being neutral in our world, because we understand that Spirit works with those that take action. We begin to take action by adding to the positive experience of this dimension. So what kind of world do you want ? Don't just stand there waiting for the world to appear in front of you. Spirit helps those who help themselves. It is up to us.
When we practice the moral code of In Lak'ech Ala K'in, we are producing and sending positive and vital energy that can literally transform our troubled world into Paradise. When we live from In Lak'ech Ala K'in, we are putting to use our natural ability to create our reality. We are affecting the collective consciousness of humanity in a positive way. The Cosmic Maya, also known as the "Star Elders" or "Invisible Council", understood this natural power to create their reality. Their sacred calendars mapped the natural laws of the universe. Now it is our turn to come to this understanding. It is time for us to walk as the Star Elders did so many years ago. The time has come for us to change the world.

There can be no competition, jealousy or envy between us, because we are pieces of each other. The more of us that participate in the creation of a better world, the quicker it will arrive. We will have peace, love, harmony and unity, and will finally have arrived home.

Amanita Santa, Oz, and The Owl of Babylon
The Story of Santa Claus is the story of the Magic Mushroom ! Santa Claus is the Amanita Muscaria or Fly Agaric Mushroom ! Santa's Red and White attire is symbolic of the Red and White Amanita Muscaria and it's no coincidence the flying reindeer love eating 'Fly Agaric' ... Santa Claus lives at the North Pole, and he has flying reindeer pulling his sleigh through the air. Reindeer are native to Siberia, and the shamanic use of this mushroom in Siberia is well documented. Now, I know Siberia isn't the North Pole exactly, but it's pretty close, and the earth's magnetic pole is actually shifting away from North America and towards Siberia. Christmas trees are Pine trees. Pine trees are the trees that the Amanita Muscaria grows under.They have a mycorrhizal(which basically means non-parasitic) relationship with that plant and Spruce trees. Their shiny red and white caps blooming under the tree looks very much like the tradition of placing shiny wrapped boxes under there and a lot like the red and white stockings children hang under the tree !
These red and white mushrooms, Amanita muscaria, were found in an alpine forest around Creede, Colorado. A. muscaria was the “sacred mushroom” used by the ancient tribal peoples of pre-Christian northern Europe. Its bright coloring suggests the colors of Santa’s garments and of holiday lights.
Although most people see Christmas as a Christian holiday, most of the symbols and icons we associate with Christmas celebrations are actually derived from the shamanistic traditions of the tribal peoples of pre-Christian northern Europe.
The sacred mushroom of these people was the red and white Amanita muscaria, also known as “fly agaric.” This mushroom commonly is seen in books of fairy tales and usually is associated with magic and fairies. It contains potent hallucinogenic compounds once used by ancient peoples for insight and transcendental experiences. Most of the major elements of the modern Christmas celebration, such as Santa Claus, Christmas trees, magical reindeer and the giving of gifts, are originally based upon the traditions surrounding the harvest and consumption of this most sacred mushroom.
The World Tree
Ancient peoples, including the Lapps of modern-day Finland, and the Koyak tribes of the central Russian steppes, believed in the idea of a World Tree. The World Tree was seen as a kind of cosmic axis onto which the planes of the universe are fixed. The roots of the World Tree stretch down into the underworld, its trunk is the “middle earth” of everyday existence, and its branches reach upwards into the heavenly realm.
Legend of the flying reindeer and modern image of Santa
The effects of the A. muscaria usually include sensations of size distortion and flying. The feeling of flying could account for the legends of flying reindeer and legends of shamanic journeys included stories of winged reindeer, transporting their riders up to the highest branches of the World Tree.
Although the modern image of Santa Claus was created at least in part by the advertising department of Coca-Cola, in truth his appearance, clothing, mannerisms and companions all mark him as the reincarnation of these ancient mushroom-gathering shamans.
One of the side effects of eating A. muscaria is that one’s skin and facial features take on a flushed, ruddy glow. This is why Santa is always shown with glowing red cheeks and nose. Even Santa’s jolly “Ho, ho, ho!” is the euphoric laugh of one who has indulged in the magic fungus.
Santa also dresses like a mushroom gatherer. When it was time to go out and harvest the magical mushroom, the ancient shamans would dress much like Santa, wearing red and white fur-trimmed coats and long black boots. These peoples lived in dwellings made of birch and reindeer hide, called “yurts.” Somewhat similar to a tee-pee, the yurt’s central smoke-hole is often also used as an entrance. After gathering the mushroom from under the sacred trees where they appeared, the shamans would fill their sacks and return home. Climbing down the chimney-entrances, they would share out the mushroom’s gifts with those within.
The mushroom needs to be dried before being consumed; the drying process reduces the mushroom’s toxicity while increasing its potency. The shaman would guide the group in stringing the mushrooms they gathered and hanging them around the hearth-fire to dry. This tradition is echoed in the modern stringing of popcorn and other items.
The psychedelic journeys taken under the influence of the amanita were also symbolized by a stick reaching up through the smoke-hole in the top of the yurt. The smoke-hole was the portal where the spirit of the shaman exited the physical plane.
Santa’s famous magical journey, where his sleigh takes him around the whole planet in a single night, is developed from the “heavenly chariot”, used by the gods from whom Santa and other shamanic figures are descended. The chariot of Odin, Thor and even the Egyptian god Osiris is now known as the Big Dipper, which circles around the North Star in a 24-hour period.
In different versions of the ancient story, the chariot was pulled by reindeer or horses. As the animals grew exhausted, their mingled spit and blood falls to the ground, forming the mushrooms.
St Nicholas and Old Nick
Saint Nicholas is a legendary figure who supposedly lived during the fourth century. His cult spread quickly and Nicholas became the patron saint of many varied groups, including judges, pawnbrokers, criminals, merchants, sailors, bakers, travelers, the poor, and children.
Most religious historians agree that St Nicholas did not actually exist as a real person but was instead a Christianized version of earlier Pagan gods. Nicholas’ legends were mainly created out of stories about the Teutonic god called Hold Nickar, known as Poseidon to the Greeks. This powerful sea god was known to gallop through the sky during the winter solstice, granting boons to his worshippers below.
When the Catholic Church created the character of St Nicholas, they took his name from “Nickar” and gave him Poseidon’s title of “the Sailor.” There are thousands of churches named in St Nicholas’ honor, most of which were converted from temples to Poseidon and Hold Nickar. (As the ancient pagan deities were demonized by the Christian church, Hold Nickar’s name also became associated with Satan, known as “Old Nick!”)
Local traditions were incorporated into the new Christian holidays to make them more acceptable to the new converts. To these early Christians, Saint Nicholas became a sort of “super-shaman” who was overlaid upon their own shamanic cultural practices. Many images of Saint Nicholas from these early times show him wearing red and white, or standing in front of a red background with white spots, the design of the mushroom.
St Nicholas also adopted some of the qualities of the legendary “Grandmother Befana” from Italy, who filled children’s stockings with gifts. Her shrine at Bari, Italy, became a shrine to St Nicholas.
True spirit of Christmas
By better understanding the truths within these popular celebrations, we can better understand the modern world, and our place in it.
Many people in the modern world have rejected Christmas as being too commercial, claiming that this ritual of giving is actually a celebration of materialism and greed. Yet the true spirit of this winter festival lies not in the exchange of plastic toys, but in celebrating a gift from the earth: the fruiting top of a magical mushroom, and the revelatory experiences it can provide.

Downing also believes that the bright cloud that led the people of Israel through the Red Sea, parting the waters and then engulfing the Egyptians, was a UFO.
The Author says it was space beings who spoke to Moses from the middle of a glowing thicket, and later spoke to Elijah outside the cave, forcing the prophet to shield his eyes because of the brightness. A UFO took Jesus away at the Ascension, and hovered over Paul and his followers on the Damascus Road, Downing contends.

Human Butterfly crops circles
On August 7th 2009 Evolution Sequence Activated, a gigantic Human Butterfly Crop Circle (530 meters X 450 meters) appeared in Southern Holland (Netherlands) near a town called Goes. The spiritual evolution involves transcending ego and quite interestingly when you anagram the word 'Goes' you get 'Egos' seems like a direct message letting go of the egos is one of the first steps towards self-realization / awakening / enlightenment / evolution ... this is how it 'goes' The software was also used by Dan Brown to create the anagrams in the The Da Vinci Code
The human figure in the crop circle formation looks a lot like Da Vinci's "Vitruvian Man".
